Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from Portugal.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within European Union.

Which shipping method do you use?

All orders are shipped using Correio Azul Internacional by CTT (Portuguese postal service).

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times within Europe are typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. These are indicative delivery times for main destinations and do not include customs clearance time, if applicable.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days before shipping.

Will I be able to track my order?

Each shipment receives a label with a unique code that allows you to check delivery status information.

Delivery status information becomes available only once the shipment leaves Portugal.

What if my order is delayed?

Delivery delays may occur due to postal service operations or factors beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

What if my order does not arrive?

If there are no delivery updates after 3–4 business days, we recommend contacting your local postal service first.

If no information is available locally, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

What happens if delivery is attempted and I am not at home?

If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, the package may be held at your local post office for collection.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes. In accordance with European Union consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.

What conditions apply to returns?

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with appropriate packaging.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once dispatched, they cannot be canceled but may still be returned within the 14-day withdrawal period.

We sell physical art prints.

What sizes are available?

Prints are available in Postcard, A4, and A3 sizes. Available sizes are listed on each product page.

Do prints come with a frame?

No. Frames are not included unless stated otherwise.

Are the colors exactly as shown online?

Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and monitor calibration.
