Processing Times

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number (if applicable).

Custom or made-to-order items may take slightly longer. Estimated processing times will be indicated on each product page.

We currently ship to:

  • Portugal (mainland and islands)
  • European Union countries

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We care about sustainability. Wherever possible, we use recyclable and eco-conscious packaging materials.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
